BELA BIZAGO NATURE SL is a company dedicated to the import, export, packaging and distribution of natural ingredients for the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and phytosanitary sectors, among others.
Its objective is to provide a good service that meets customer expectations and requirements, as well as giving top priority to the quality, safety and authenticity of the food products it offers. It is also committed to maintaining a high level of environmental awareness.
Consequently, the company’s management supports and communicates to its employees and the general public the following Quality, Food Safety and Environmental Policy, in which the company undertakes to:
Offer customers a safe, authentic and high-quality product that complies with legal requirements and assume responsibility towards its customers.
Motivating and raising awareness among raw material suppliers of the need to supply safe, authentic and high-quality products that comply with legal requirements.
Maintaining ethical and moral conduct among staff, as well as with customers and suppliers, involving them in the improvements carried out in the company.
Ensuring total customer satisfaction, meeting deadlines and responding to their needs and requirements, thus minimising customer complaints to become a standout supplier.
To adopt measures to eliminate and, where this is not possible, prevent pollution; implementing the corresponding improvement measures and taking into account all aspects necessary to guarantee sustainability and protection of the environment.
To guarantee compliance with all legislation and regulations on quality, food safety and the environment applicable to our activities, as well as other customer requirements or those to which the company voluntarily subscribes.
Spread a culture of Food Safety and Environmental Protection at all levels of the Organisation through training, awareness-raising and continuous training of our staff in all activities they carry out related to food safety and environmental management of our products and services and, in the same way, ensure the competence of our employees in relation to food safety through continuous improvement in safety culture and our Integrated Management System, which guarantees continuous improvement in performance.
Systematically and periodically define, review and update compliance with this established Policy, as well as the objectives and goals associated with it, within the process of continuous improvement of our performance with regard to quality, the environment and food safety.

To comply with the supplier evaluation procedure that our company has implemented in its integrated management system, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 22716:2007 standards, our suppliers will be evaluated annually. This evaluation will analyze product quality, availability, delivery times, price-quality ratio, as well as any incidents that occurred during the evaluation period.
