BELA VIZAGO NATURE SL is a company dedicated to the import, export, packaging, and distribution of natural ingredients for the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and phytosanitary sectors, among others. BELA VIZAGO NATURE SL aims to provide a high level of service that meets the expectations and requirements of its clients, giving utmost importance to the quality, food safety, and authenticity of the products it offers. Additionally, the company maintains a strong commitment to environmental awareness.
For this reason, the company’s management informs and supports its employees and the general public regarding the following quality, food safety, and environmental policy, to which the company commits:
Offering customers safe, harmless, authentic, and differentiated quality products that meet legal requirements, assuming responsibility towards clients.
Motivating and raising awareness among raw material suppliers of the need to supply safe, harmless, authentic, and quality products that meet established legal requirements.
Maintaining ethical and moral conduct among personnel, as well as with clients and suppliers, involving them in the company’s improvement initiatives.
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and responding to their needs and requirements, minimizing customer complaints to position ourselves as a differentiated supplier.
Adopting measures to eliminate or, when not possible, prevent environmental pollution; implementing relevant improvement actions, considering all necessary aspects to ensure environmental protection.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations on quality, food safety, and the environment, as well as any other customer requirements to which the company voluntarily subscribes.
Promoting and disseminating a culture of food safety and environmental protection at all organizational levels through training, awareness, and continuous education of our personnel in all activities they carry out, always aiming to ensure the food and environmental safety of our products and services. We strive to ensure the competence of our employees through continuous improvement of the food safety culture and the integrated management system.
Defining, reviewing, and periodically and systematically updating compliance with this policy and the associated goals and objectives as part of the continuous improvement process of our performance in quality, environment, and food safety.

To comply with the supplier evaluation procedure that our company has implemented in its integrated management system, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 22716:2007 standards, our suppliers will be evaluated annually. This evaluation will analyze product quality, availability, delivery times, price-quality ratio, as well as any incidents that occurred during the evaluation period.
